The Flower Shop guarantees that all orders submitted for UK delivery will be processed and despatched to the recipient on the day the order is placed (or at a later date if required), provided that the order is received by us no later than 1:00 pm (GMT/BST) on the requested day of delivery (does not apply to Sundays & public holidays)
All orders submitted for International delivery at The Flower Shop will be processed on the day the order is received and despatched to the recipient in time for next day delivery (or at a later date if required), provided that the order is received by us no later than 1:00pm (GMT/BST) on the day before the requested date of delivery (does not apply to Sundays & public holidays)
We guarantee that the prices shown on this website are in accordance with current Interflora guidelines on delivery and administration charges
Should you be dissatisfied with any part of the service we guarantee that all matters brought to our notice will be dealt with courteously and promptly(usually within 24 hours from notification)
The Flower Shop guarantees that all genuine grievances brought to its notice will be backed by a full refund of the cost of the order placed or a suitable replacement of goods
Some arrangements displayed on this website may be subject to seasonal variation and substitution
All information received by The Flower Shop will be kept strictly confidential. Further, you will never receive unsolicited mailings from the website

Interflora (FTDA) British Unit Ltd., GUARANTEES that every order delivered by it's Member Florists will be of GOOD QUALITY in GOOD CONDITION and to the FULL RETAIL VALUE ruling in the delivering Member's shop on the day of delivery. Delivery will be on the date specified and every effort made to meet requests as to time; funeral orders will be delivered for the time requested.
Any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to the Interflora florist who delivered the order as soon as possible after delivery.
Interflora orders must carry a full and correct address for delivery purposes (note: POSTAL address cannot be assumed adequate for delivery purposes)and senders are advised to ensure they give the recipient's correct address.
Special delivery conditions are applicable to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, where a third party is involved. In such cases the signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
This Guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the Interflora Service as may be displayed in Member florists' premises.
Nothing contained in the Guarantee or Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality fitness or description of the goods supplied.
